The Cuban Constitutional Transition Government (GCCT) has formally sent an institutional communication to the Inter-American Dialogue, one of the leading policy research organizations in Washington, D.C., focused on hemispheric affairs and democratic governance.
The communication presents the GCCT’s Democratic Transition Plan – “100 Days to Rebuild the Republic”, which outlines a constitutional roadmap for restoring the rule of law, rebuilding national institutions, and preparing free democratic elections in Cuba.
The GCCT remains open to policy dialogue and academic exchange with institutions, researchers, and experts studying democratic transitions, constitutional restoration, and governance reform in Cuba.
Cuba is approaching a decisive historical moment, and serious preparation for institutional reconstruction is essential.
